At Ersa Nails, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products. For hygiene reasons, used nail sets and liquids cannot be returned unless they are found to be defective.

Return Process

  Securely pack the unopened products in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
